|Recommended: YesOne major problem — The parking It’s on street and you have to pay the meter. There’s hardly any spots in front of the building. At times I have had to park around the block. Rent is high enough without having to worry about parking tickets.

|Recommended: YesFor Those Looking for Quality Over Quantity Space — Footprint NW might not be a match for everyone, but for those looking for quality over quantity in their new living space, its a great option. The building's lower price as compared to almost anything else in the area is certainly reflective of the smaller square footage and the micro-housing style of living the building offers, but the quality of the units and common spaces laundry and kitchens make the pricing a pretty good deal in its own right. The building is clean and the community seems to enjoy a quieter atmosphere, which works well with the living style. I can't speak to the maintenance staff seeing as everything has worked perfectly so far, but on the subject of utilities I can say it is very nice to have hot water, internet, and heating included in the rent. I also can't speak to parking, but once again this is because I haven't had the need for a car between the extremely walk-able style of Portland's North West side and the convenient location of the building. The smaller square footage of the Footprint NW units seem fairly unique in terms of housing in Portland, so anyone looking for a smaller living environment with good value and easy access to Northwest Portland should consider Footprint NW.

The interior is in good maintenance. — It is actually quite nice. the people are overall respectful of noise, the space is clean, i have had so far very good experiences here.
